Meeting for a bathroom remodel. More than a few pieces to look at!! Very cool.

I had them do a full bathroom remodel. A deep soaking tub, new tile, the works. They got everything installed quickly, I think it was around a week. I loved everything they did, and the guys who installed everything were genuinely nice to have around. Then about a year later, I discovered what I thought was a leak. I called them and they sent out Nick to troubleshoot it. He was awesome, and there was no leak. Apparently I’m just really messy with water when I’m at the sink. He recaulked the sink so the standing water wouldn’t get behind it. And I use a towel on the sink now, to clean up my messiness lol. I recommend them. Yes, they’re more expensive than a big box store remodel. But it’s worth it if you want fast, friendly, respectful, good quality, and good follow-up.

Nick the warranty specialist came out right away to check out my concerns. He was prompt, courteous and professional. This company stands behind their work. I like that!

We had BathMasters do renovations for our kitchen and 3 bathrooms. They did a fantastic job! The work is high quality and they paid incredible attention to detail. From the start, their communication was clear. Which was important to us since we did not live there while renovations were being done. Everyone I dealt with was nice, patient and professional. I highly recommend them!!

We have had two renovation projects in our condo by Bathmasters in 3 years, and we have found this company to be professional and their final product excellent. Aside from the one stop shopping benefit of having one contractor obtain materials and labor, their showroom, project management, communications and techs who actually do the work are unparalled in their excellence. Nick at bathmasters came to my house and was able to tighten up my towel and toilet paper holders he also had an electrician fix my electric outlets.

John, you went above and beyond, as did your team! The attention to detail, the work ethics of your trades men & woman, the communications and dedication to me was fabulous!!! I had used BathMasters 9 years ago for a tub to shower conversion in my main bath, it still looks brand new! Grant helped me with both projects. John had a team of 11 people to complete the project over 7 weeks, they were all professional, personable and reliable skilled workers. This has been the easiest renovation that my husband and I have gone through. John and his crew were very professional and thorough through the whole process. We love both of our bathrooms and they did a fabulous job!!

The entire process was handled professionally and the final product exceeded expectations. All the team members were great and the onsite Project Manager John and his crew went above and beyond to make sure things were done right. We’ve used other contractors in the past and had issues with their subcontractors but that was not an issue with BathMasters as they had their own guys throughout. We just finished our master bath and starting on a guest bath.

We could rave about our BathMasters and Beyond consultant, Grant, who patiently, kindly, and competently helped us design two beautiful bathrooms for our home. We could rave about Ernesto and his wonderful crew, who communicated clearly for every step, and worked stringently and diligently to our utmost satisfaction during the spring of 2024. Those two remodeled bathrooms turned out very beautifully – so nice that we went back to Grant, who, over the course of the summer of 2024, also designed a lovely new kitchen for us. Yet, the true 5-star business is one whose ethics, values, and customer-centeredness go above and beyond great craftsmanship. After we flooded out in the fall of 2024, lost our home (including the two newly remodeled bathrooms), and had to find a new house, BathMasters and Beyond kindly and understandingly returned our entire deposit for the to-be-renovated kitchen. They did not even charge us for Grant’s time and designs. Thank you, BathMasters and Beyond – for your excellent work, AND for always putting your customers first!

Nick was able fix my toilet and the slow drain in my new sink. Nick was at my home within 2 hours of my call to BathMasters to report my issues. Great service and very professional! BathMasters is a fantastic company. Would definitely use them again for future renovation needs!

After meeting with a few companies, we decided to go with BathMasters and we are so glad we did. They did an excellent job! Our experience with the sales rep Aaron, Work supervisor Matt and on site supervisor Tyler was great - Aaron was very patient, took the time to go over all different options and guided us in choosing and they kept us posted regarding the progress throughout, until the final pictures. They started on time and completed by the time we needed the bathroom. Everyone who worked on site did a great job and the "final product" turned out to be better than we expected. They did a very good job and were very careful in keeping the condo and outside hallway, elevator etc., clean throughout the project. We would recommend BathMasters highly.

I had the pleasure of meeting Nick who did the repair on my cabinet door, but he also was kind enough to do my caulking around my sink in the kitchen. Bath Master’s are the best they make sure everything is right
