Who is BathMasters and what do we do? Why should you consider working at BathMasters?
BathMasters is a building, plumbing and electrical contractor that specializes in residential full kitchen and bathroom remodels with 95% of the work performed in Pinellas County. We pull permits whenever required. 18 years as a family-owned and operated business run by real contractors and real tradesmen. We are not a franchise.
We enjoy helping our customers with our full-service approach where we literally handle the entire remodel from beginning to end including design and product selections in our very own 6,000 sf showroom, ordering and receiving of all the products from our 11,000-sf warehouse, pulling all required permits, plumbing, electrical, mechanical, building etc. for the customers and carrying out the entire remodel including all trades from demo to final punch list items.
After a lifetime of growing up in the trades with family working as Master plumbers, Master electricians, Building Contractors and skilled carpenters, co-founders Greg and David Norman know how valuable good installers are and really work to attract the best talent to our team that we can and keep them happy. We appreciate the willing and able who can and do learn new tricks to the trade over time and Greg and David are always open to seeing hard working helpers getting promoted up the ranks as they pick up the trades.
We are trying to offer the best service to our customers and a sane place to work for our installers where they can earn above average wages, great benefits, good bonuses from time to time and be treated fairly and with respect. Best of all, a place where the hardest workers will be appreciated as a highly valuable member of our family and never taken for granted. Unlike some companies, we control the workload through our internal marketing efforts so never have any down-time. We always have full-time work for our hard-working staff.
We operate from a 20,000 square foot facility in Largo Florida complete with warehouse, showroom, office spaces, dumpsters etc. Our projects are all residential remodels, not new construction so our installers are working inside, out of the weather, in the air-conditioned environment 99% of the time. Once you are hired, you will be assigned to a team and work under a Project Supervisor who handles all customer relations. Installers are not expected to sell change orders or deal significantly with homeowners. Refer questions to the Project Supervisor and just enjoy renovating bathrooms and kitchens according to drawings provided by our sales department.
Our customers generally purchase all products from our showroom so you will quickly gain familiarity with our high-quality fixtures and cabinets and over time, your quality and speed will improve and thus qualify you for periodic pay increases. We have many technically trained staff on board who know all the codes backwards and forwards and have run into anything and everything so are always there to coach you along and help you. When you work at BathMasters, you are part of our team, part of our family and we want you to grow and stay as long as possible assuming, of course, you are a friendly, hard-working and contributing member of the team.
Come try us out and see if you like working for and with our hard-working team of talented installers.
